Randonnées Pyrénées Maps

The Randonnées Pyrénées maps are the best and most detailed maps (1:50,000 scale) for hiking the Pyrénées Mountains, including the GR 10 and GR 11 high route trails. Although they do not have the smaller scale detail of IGN's blue series maps (1:25,000), they put more information on them that is useful to the hiker. In terms of weight and cost if you do the entire trail GR10 trail, it will require 11 Rando maps ($17.95 each) versus 20 IGN maps ($16.95 each).

We can get the maps that cover the Spanish side of the trail. There is some overlap of the maps between countries.

They also publish six maps for the French Alps (1:50,000 scale).
