Returns Policy

Purchase of Items in Stock: All sales are final. If you must return an item due to your own error or change of mind, we will accept the return if received in the same condition sent and you will receive a credit towards a future purchase. The credit will be for the item only, not the cost of shipping. There are no cash or credit card refunds. We will also accept exchanges for other items but you are responsible for any extra cost and its shipping charges.

Special Orders: All sales are final. Our French and European suppliers do not accept returns. Therefore, we do not accept any returns on special orders. If you cancel your order for any reason before we receive the items special ordered for you, you will be charged 50% of the retail price to cover most of our costs.

Our Error: If we ship you the incorrect product, we will exchange it for the correct one upon its return to us or issue you a credit towards a future purchase with us. Please let us know if you are making a return so that we can check our stock for availability of the item you need.

Order Damaged by Shipper: Return it to us for an exchange at our cost to re-ship it (no reimbursement for your return costs) or a credit towards a future purchase.
