
Special Orders:
Our French and European suppliers do not accept returns. If you cancel your order for any reason before we receive the items special ordered for you, you will be charged 50% of the retail price of the item to cover most of our costs. You will receive a refund for 50% of your order plus the fee you were charged for shipping/handling.
Our Error:
If we ship you the incorrect product, we will exchange it for the correct one upon its return to us in the same condition as sent, or issue you a credit towards a future purchase with us, or issue a refund. Return shipping is reimbursed up to the amount it cost to originally ship the order. Please let us know if you are making a return so that we can check our stock for availability of the item you need.
Your Error:
If you have ordered the wrong item or decided after receipt of your order that you cannot use the item, you can return it to us. For in stock items, you will be issued a refund or credit less a 25% re-stocking fee and our shipping charges. For special ordered items, you will be issued a 50% refund or credit of your order less our shipping charges. We do not pay for your return shipping.
Order Damaged by Shipper:
Return it to us for an exchange at our cost to ship it again or for a credit towards a future purchase. Return shipping is reimbursed up to the amount it cost to originally ship the order. There are no refunds for damaged orders.
